By using our platform and technology, you will learn how to perfectly structure your curriculum to leverage the experience & knowledge of your coaches and apply it across your activities. We enable formalization and exploration of domain knowledge through the veri.mcore technology platform with a minimum of training time.

money

  • After you applied, you are selected for two-week sprints in which you will work full time. After the sprint, you get a salary of $37 for daily reporting your top activities and blockers, e.g. $3.70 for each day.

  • Our coaches will use the reported info to steer your own development, not for control.

  • Payment of salary per reported day is guaranteed with a smart contract  - you do not depend on anyone to get your salary - just your reporting!

infrastructure

  • We invest a multiple of your salary in making sure you have a smooth working and living infrastructure during your sprint

  • Focus is removal of blockers in a sustainable way, with a win-win situation for the university and the students.

  • You will have a secure place to live and work remotely on the daily learning and practicing tasks.

practice

  • Learning will be on the job: you learn what you need to contribute to real project.

  • Focus is on practice: contribute to real project for real clients across the world.

  • Communication in English, smooth remote agile working culture, and technical excellence will be developed as your assets.

  • You can optimize and automate your business processes by testing in a real-world scenario.
